At Pierced Universe, we pride ourselves in human interaction. We are actual people that review your orders... and addresses. If there is an error, someone will usually catch it. However, it is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address because we are everything you need, except psychic. If your address is undeliverable, incomplete or incorrect, the package will be returned to us and you will be responsible to pay the shipping costs again. If you choose, in such a case, to return the items for a refund, the shipping costs are non-refundable. You will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
