Q: How Do I Put in a Nose Ring?
A: How you will insert your nose ring depends on what kind of nose ring you are using.
Insert the post with the flat back through the inside of your nose piercing. Once it is through, you can insert the gem into the post from the front of the piercing.
Insert the end of the nose ring into your nose and use a twisting motion as you push it into your nose gently. Once the curved portion is twisted in push in a downward motion to insert the remaining straight portion of the post.
Insert the bent portion of the nose stud into your nose and push gently in a downward motion to insert the remaining straight portion into your nose.
Simply push the nose stud gently into your nose piercing. You can bend this item into an L-shape if you would like.
Simply push the nose stud gently into your nose, being mindful that is may cause some discomfort as the ball on the end is bigger than the post of the nose stud.
Bend the nose hoop in a forward motion as though you are ripping a piece of paper. Do NOT attempt to open it in a sideways motion as this will cause the hoop to lose its shape and may even cause it to break. Once the hoop is bent, insert it into the front of your nose piercing and weave it through until you can see the other end. Bend the hoop back to its original form and rotate the hoop so that it sits how you would like it to.
Open the hinged hoop and insert the hinged portion into your nose and rotate it until you are able to reach the other end and click it closed. If the hinged hoop is the same gauge all the way around, you can also insert the portion that is not hinged and follow the same steps.
Insert the portion without the stopper into the outside of the nose piercing and gently twist in a downward motion to put it through and once it is through you can twist it so that it sits how you would like it to.
